Willem Bakker Surf Classic
Traditionally, a small-scale surfing competition is organized by the surf club and surf schools of Terschelling, on the last day of the summer holidays. The surf day is organized for all surf locals on the island, from young surf grommets to older surf dads and moms. As for wave surfing, an original soft-top contest is planned for Terschelling youth and a free surfing session for adults. When there is wind, the kite and windsurfers are also present on the beach for a freestyle competition.
Spectators who wish to experience the water spectacle are welcome!
